King of the Murgos written by David Eddings is my favorite book in the Mallorean series. It's book number 2 of the Mallorean series. My favorite character in this book is King Urgit and relationship dynamic between him and Silk. I really like the continuing development of all the characters in these books. They don't stay exactly the same and become stale. They grow and become more complex like the faceting of jewel. Belgarion and Ce'Nedra journey to regain their kidnapped son, Geran, with the help of Polgara the Sorceress, Belgarath the Eternal Man, and Silk the epitome of the word rogue.
